Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using CreditForge. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Description of Services
CreditForge ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a credit repair organization as defined under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. ยง 1679 et seq. We provide credit repair services including:
- Analysis of your credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion
- AI-generated, personalized dispute letters for inaccurate, unverifiable, or incomplete credit entries
- Detection of Metro 2 compliance violations in reported accounts
- Cross-bureau discrepancy analysis
- Real-time dispute tracking via your member dashboard
We are not a law firm, credit counseling service, or financial advisor. Our services are limited to the preparation and submission of dispute correspondence on your behalf.
2. CROA Required Disclosures
As required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act, we hereby disclose the following before you sign any contract:
- You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report yourself, free of charge, by contacting the credit bureaus directly.
- You may cancel your contract with CreditForge for any reason within 3 business days of signing without paying any fees.
- We cannot guarantee the removal of any information from your credit report. Accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot be legally removed.
- We may not charge or receive any payment until all services promised have been fully performed.

3. Eligibility
To use CreditForge, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a legal resident of the United States
- Have a valid Social Security Number
- Have the legal authority to authorize disputes on the credit file in question
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate credit report information and personal documentation
- Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized account access
- Ensuring all information you provide to us is truthful and accurate
You may not use our services to dispute accurate information, to commit fraud, or for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payment Terms
Our service fees range from $99.00 to $199.00 per month depending on the plan selected, billed monthly to your payment method on file.
- There are no upfront fees, setup fees, or enrollment fees in compliance with CROA.
- Billing begins after the 3-business-day cancellation period has passed and your first set of dispute letters has been prepared.
- Monthly billing continues until you cancel your subscription.
- All fees are in U.S. dollars.
- We use industry-standard payment processors. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to reprocess the payment. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Cancellation Rights and Policy
3-Day Right of Rescission: You may cancel your contract with CreditForge for any reason within 3 business days of the date you signed your service agreement. Cancellations within this period will result in no charges whatsoever.
Cancellation After 3 Days: You may cancel your subscription at any time after the initial 3-day period by logging into your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months.
To cancel within the 3-day period, you must provide written notice to [email protected] with your name, account email, and a statement that you wish to cancel.
7. No Guarantee of Results
CreditForge makes no guarantee, warranty, or representation that any specific item will be removed from your credit report, that your credit score will improve by any specific amount, or that our services will produce any particular outcome.
Under federal law, only inaccurate, unverifiable, or incomplete information may be removed from a credit report. Accurate, current, and verifiable negative information will remain on your credit report for the legally mandated reporting period regardless of any dispute.
Results will vary based on the nature of the items in your credit report, the response of the credit bureaus, and other factors outside our control.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, AI systems, and dispute letter methodologies provided by CreditForge are the proprietary intellectual property of the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.
Dispute letters generated on your behalf are provided for your personal use only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CreditForge's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We are not responsible for the actions or decisions of any credit bureau, creditor, or third party in response to dispute letters we prepare on your behalf.
10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Arbitration will take place in the state where you reside. You and CreditForge agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in court for matters that could cause irreparable harm.
11. Privacy
Your use of CreditForge is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cancel your account before the effective date of the changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, including applicable federal law, and the laws of the state in which CreditForge is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
