Check Your Email

You'll receive a welcome email from [email protected] within a few minutes. It contains your portal login link and instructions for uploading your credit report. Check spam if you don't see it.

I Review Your Credit Report

Once you upload your report (or share your credit monitoring login), I run it through our AI analysis. Every account, balance, date, and status gets checked against FCRA requirements and Metro 2 compliance standards. This usually takes a few hours.

Your First Dispute Letters Go Out

Within 48 hours, your personalized dispute letters are generated and sent to the relevant bureaus. You can track every letter and its status in real time through your client portal. No templates — each letter is unique to your report.

What the Timeline Looks Like

Day 1-2 Credit report analyzed, first dispute letters generated and mailed
Day 7-14 Bureaus receive and begin investigating your disputes
Day 30-45 First responses arrive — items removed, corrected, or verified
Day 45+ Next dispute round prepared based on results, score improvements begin
